In about 1885.  The family lived In The N.E. quarter of Section 11, had her buried across the road in  N.W. quarter of Sec 12. There is no marker now, There was a fence around the grave but now all that shows  is a large stone and depression.

It is known by Mrs. Foster that the daughter refused to let the  body be moved to the cemetery at Garden City.

A grandson with the surname of Brown stopped and inquired about the grave when the Fosters lived on their farm.
